Gather.

You’ve secured your date and now the fun begins! We'll kick things off with an initial meeting and overview of the planning process followed by immediate next steps. We're with you every step of the way to ensure no detail goes unattended.

Plan.

Following an initial consult, we will deliver a personalized proposal outlining our services and investment. A soft hold will be placed on your event date for up to fourteen days.

Propose.

After you’ve shared details regarding your celebration, a member of our team will be in touch within 48 hours to schedule a virtual or in person consultation to discuss your vision, priorities and event planning needs.

OUR PROCESS

Our comprehensive clients usually reach out in the ideation stage of planning. We begin by formulating an event plan, solidifying dates, & securing a venue. Our partial planning clients come to us at various stages in the planning process; perhaps you have your venue & photographer contracted but would like assistance with the rest. That’s where we come in! Both clients typically contact us nine to twelve months out – although we wouldn’t say no if you reach out earlier!

What is the difference between Partial and Comprehensive planning?

Short answer: no. We believe it requires more than a few weeks to be truly prepped & ready to execute your event seamlessly. Our coordination package begins approximately two months prior to your event date, at which point we become the primary point of contact for your venue + vendors & you only have to communicate with us!

Is Coordination the same as month-of or day-of coordination?

A venue coordinator focuses primarily on coordinating details for their venue; they don't typically review vendor contracts, manage family members, or provide guidance on your wedding ceremony. In hiring an event planner, you are investing in someone who will be by your side throughout the majority of your wedding day. We're there from your first sip of coffee in the morning & make sure you have your dancing shoes on after toasts have been made!

My Venue has a coordinator; Why do I need a planner?

We work with a limited number of clients each season to ensure we are consistently providing a seamless experience & exceeding expectations. We recommend booking as soon as possible; ideally six-twelve months in advance.

When should I think about booking an event planner?

Yes! We love celebrating all of life's joys. Engagements, baby showers, anniversaries; you name it - we'll plan it!

Do you plan social events other than weddings?

After we’ve received initial information and details regarding your celebration, we conduct phone or in person consultations to discuss your vision & priorities for your event. Following this conversation, you will receive a personalized proposal outlining services and investment. A soft hold is placed on your date for up to two weeks until you’re ready to sign and seal the deal!
