Despite the unpredictability of March showers, this sweet couple embraced the beauty of cherry blossom weekend for their unforgettable wedding celebration.
It was a joy getting to know Hailey and Kevin in the months leading up to their big day. It was clear by the small personal touches and thoughtful planning that they wanted their wedding to day to be a true celebration of two families coming together as one.
Raindrops sprinkled as the couple got ready with their family and closest friends at the Phoenix Park Hotel, however the energy and excitement was tangible and spirits remained hopeful the skies would clear. Just as they had prayed, the rain subsided as Hailey and Kevin exchanged vows at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, a place holding much meaning for the happy couple.
Following the church ceremony, Hailey and Kevin seized the opportunity to capture photos back inside the Phoenix Park Hotel as well as against the backdrop of Washington’s iconic landmarks, encapsulating the essence of their springtime wedding.
Later in the afternoon guests gathered at Westwood Country Club and enjoyed delicious refreshments while sharing memories and tributes to loved ones. Of course, being a lifelong dancer herself, the bride and groom shared a beautifully choreographed first dance filled with lifts, dips, and twirls. Siblings toasted to the newlyweds and wedding guests danced the night away.
Hailey and Kevin’s Washington, DC wedding was an elegant and classic affaire. We couldn’t be happier for them as they begin their lives together as husband and wife!
