Claire and Nick
It’s not every day that we get to celebrate a sweet couple who has known each other since preschool! This June, we had the privilege of playing a small part in Claire and Nick’s wedding celebration in Clifton, Virginia.
In the midst of grad school, military deployments and moves, Claire and Nick came to us to help coordinate the details of their summertime barn wedding. Their love story, one that withstands the test of time and distance was truly a celebration of the union between two joyous and faith filled families.
Claire and Nick’s day began by getting ready with their families and closest friends, then making their way to St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, where their story began. There was much joy and celebration, when the two were announced husband and wife at the conclusion of their Nuptial Mass.
After the ceremony guests arrived in their summer best to Whitehall Event Farm, which offered the perfect blend of rustic charm and natural beauty Claire and Nick envisioned. Months of long distance planning culminated in a day that surpassed even their wildest dreams as the barn was adorned with twinkling lights, elegant bouquets, and personalized touches.
Claire and Nick celebrated and danced the night away surrounded by the love and support of their cherished friends and family. Then as the sun dipped below the horizon, guest waved the happy couple off as they drove off into the sunset.
It was a pleasure to work with and witness Claire and Nicks’s nuptials, a love that had blossomed from childhood sweethearts into forever sweethearts! Cheers to many years of happiness!
